We are
strictly non smoking
Should anyone be found to have smoked in a room during their stay a payment
equivalent to a one night stay will be charged to cover the additional cost
of deep cleaning the room.
Payment
is by cash
or credit/debit card
Unfortunately Plas Madoc is not suitable for children under 10 years of age
and we have no family rooms or facilities for young children. Bookings will
not be accepted for persons under the age of 18 unless accompanied by at
least one adult.
Regrettably
we do not take pets
Free Wi-Fi
broadband internet connection is available.
There is a
supplement of £12.00 for a single person occupying a
double or twin room, except for Bank Holiday weekends and the months of July & August where the full room rate will
apply.
We
reserve the right to adjust prices and offer promotional rates.
Where
possible reservations will be confirmed in writing. A non-refundable
deposit, agreed at time of booking, will secure your room. Should a booking
be cancelled less than 14 days notice prior to arrival we reserve the right
to charge a cancellation fee up to the full cost of the booking unless we
are able to re-let the room. A "no show" will require payment in full for
the total of nights booked.
Please
be aware that a booking constitutes a contract and you may wish to arrange
holiday insurance cover should you need to cancel due to unforeseen
circumstances.
